Return Policy (Elite Vision Solutions – Worldwide)

1. General Information

This policy applies to all purchases made through the official online store of Elite Vision Solutions – FZCO.
Orders are shipped worldwide from our North American distribution center to destinations across North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.

Due to international logistics, customs regulations, and hygiene standards, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

2. No Returns Due to Global Customs and Hygiene Regulations

Because our products are shipped internationally and must comply with each country’s customs, import, and health regulations, all sales are considered final (Final Sale).
We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been processed and shipped.

Refunds or replacements are provided only if the delivered product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging for verification.

Once confirmed, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement product (at no additional cost), or

  • A full refund of the purchase amount.

Photographic evidence is required to process claims through our shipping partners.

4. Hygiene and Safety Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged, even if unopened.
This policy follows international health, cosmetic, and regulatory standards to ensure product integrity.

5. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

All international orders are subject to customs duties, VAT, and import taxes imposed by the destination country.
These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable, even in the event of an order cancellation or refund.
